With names like Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Callum Turner leading the race for the role. So, when SRK was asked whether he would consider the role, his answer was equal parts humorous and humble.     “No, I don't have the accent,” he laughed, adding, “I don't like shaken martini either.” Reflecting on his relatively late entry into action cinema, he joked that it was Kajol who unknowingly delayed his action phase. “I was always wanting to do an action film, but then Kajol was in my life, and you can't do action films when Kajol is acting opposite you. "I don't know about James Bond, but Sean Connery for sure, yeah!" he said, expressing his respect for the renowned original 007.     Connery, Roger Moore, Pierce Brosnan, and Daniel Craig are among the actors who have starred in the James Bond series. The franchise is going through a change right now. [email protected][서울=뉴시스]한은진 기자 = 여야는 26일 국회 성평등가족위원회에서 검찰의 보완수사권 폐지를 두고 공방을 벌였다. 국민의힘은 검찰의 보완수사권 폐지를 골자로 하는 형사소송법 개정안 통과로 아동과 청소년, 여성 등 사회적 약자들이 입을 피해를 우려했다. 임종득 국민의힘 의원은 이날 국회에서 열린 전체회의에서 "부산 돌려차기 사건과 광주 장윤기 사건 모두 검찰의 보완수사를 통해 사실이 밝혀졌다"며 "경찰과 검찰 누가 우월하다를 떠나 교차 검증이 필요해서 보완수사권이 있던 것"이라고 말했다.임 의원은 "(검찰 보완수사권 폐지가) 통과되는데 성평등가족부 장관은 침묵했다"며 "성평등가족부가 이를 방관하는 것이 맞나. 성폭력 범죄가 계속 늘어나고 있는데 검찰 보완수사권이 없어지면 예상되는 여성들 피해가 클 것"이라고 우려했다. 강선영 국민의힘 의원은 "장윤기 사건과 부산 돌려차기 사건은 검찰에 보완수사권이 있으니 검찰이 다시 밝혀낸 것이지 실제 보완수사권이 없었다면 경찰에 의해 부실수사로 묻힐 뻔하고 장윤기 아빠에 의해 묻힐 뻔했다"고 말했다.강 의원은 "더불어민주당에서는 '검찰 보완수사권이 있는 가운데에도 장윤기 사건과 부산 돌려차기 사건이 있었다. 그게 뭐가 문제냐'고 하지만 보완수사권이 없어진 이후 가장 걱정하는 건 경찰의 부실 수사, 조직 내 이해관계가 있을 때 사건 축소, 경찰관의 비위가 수사 대상일 때 어떻게 할 것이냐다"라고 주장했다. 반면 민주당은 검찰 보완수사권이 있는 현재도 경찰의 부실수사가 있었다면서 검찰 보완수사권이 이를 예방할 수 있는 장치가 아니라고 강조했다.이주희 민주당 의원은 "(부산 돌려차기 사건과 장윤기 사건은) 검찰의 보완수사권이 있던 체제 하에서 발생한 사건"이라며 "기존 보완수사권이 경찰의 부실 수사를 예방하는 장치가 아니었단 점을 이 사건이 역설적으로 증명하고 있다"고 했다.이주희 의원은 "개정 형사소송법에 여러 피해자 보호를 위한 다층적 장치가 있지만 여전히 부족할 것"이라며 "여러 국민들이 우려하지 않을 수 있도록 제도적 보완장치를 마련해달라"고 주문했다.이수진 민주당 의원도 "형사소송법 개정안은 검찰의 수사 기소권의 독점을 해소하고 검찰 권력을 국민의 통제 아래에 두려는 역사적 전환점"이라며 "가보지 않은 길이라 여러 우려가 발생할 수 있다"고 했다.이수진 의원은 "피해자 권리 보호에 공백이 발생하지 않도록 중대범죄수사청의 안정적 출범 등 필요한 후속 조치를 해나가야 한다"며 "검사의 보완수사 요구를 전담하는 중대범죄수사청에 여성폭력 전담팀이 설치돼야 한다"고 주장했다.。
